2 lbs. very lean ground beef
3/4 c. quick-cooking oats (more may be needed)
1/2 c. ketchup
3 T. dehydrated onion, softened in water
Reserve 2 T. ketchup; mix all other ingredients together to form a thick consistency. Spray slow cooker with Pam. Shape into loaf and place in slow cooker. Cook on high 4-6 hours, or low 8-10 hours.
