Potato Casserole

10 large potatoes, peeled and sliced or cubed
1 lb. large sausage links, or 2 pkgs. Smoky-links, cut into bite-sized pieces.
2 1/2 cups Colby or mild cheddar cheese, shredded or cubed
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup milk
Salt and pepper

In slow cooker, layer potatoes, sausage and cheese. Salt and pepper as desired. Repeat for 2 more layers. Combine soup and milk and pour all over top. Cook 6 - 8 hours on low or until tender.
