Squirrel in a Slow Cooker

4 Squirrels - (4 to 6) -- cut in half
1/4 cup Firmly-packed brown sugar
1/4 cup Soy sauce
3 tablespoons Lemon or line juice
1/4 cup Water
1/4 teaspoon Garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon Ground ginger

Place squirrel halves in slow cooker. Mix all ingredients in a small bowl and pour over meat. Cover and cook on low heat for 7 to 8 hours. To thicken gravy, use either flour or cornstarch mixed with water. Cook on high until thickened.

Allow 1 squirrel per person.
