1 pound ground beef
1 can pinto beans with liquid
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 can stewed tomatoes -- chopped
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1 package taco seasoning
1 can chopped Ro*tel Tomatoes and chilies
1 can shoepeg corn -- (optional)
Brown ground beef, onion and pepper; drain. Put everything in slow cooker. Cook on LOW all day or on HIGH 3 1/2 hours. Serve with cooked rice in soup bowl.
