1 pound pork country ribs - (to 1 1/2 lbs)
1 cup chopped onion
1 can white hominy
1 can yellow hominy
1 can whole tomatoes
1 garlic clove -- minced
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon thyme
Debone and cube ribs. Brown pork in oil in skillet. Add onion and saute. Drain fat.
Combine pork, onion and remaining ingredients in slow cooker. Cook on LOW heat for 5 hours or longer.
