Nacho Cheese Dip

1 1/2 pounds ground beef -- browned
1 pound velveeta cheese -- shredded
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 medium onion -- chopped
1 green pepper -- chopped
1 can tomatoes - (28 oz) -- drained, chopped
1 can chopped green chilies - (4 oz) -- rinsed, drained
Hot pepper sauce -- to taste
Garlic salt -- to taste
Chili powder -- to taste

Place all ingredients in slow cooker. Cook on HIGH 1 1/2 hours, until heated and cheese melts.

This recipe yields 6 servings.
