6 pork chops - (to 8)
Ketchup -- as needed
1 bell pepper -- chopped
1 onion -- chopped
1/2 cup water
Brown pork chops in a skillet. In a slow cooker, layer ingredients as follows: 1 pork chop, 1/6 of onion, 1/6 of bell pepper, enough ketchup to cover with a thin layer. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used. Pour in water. Cook in slow cooker on high for 3 hours.
This recipe yields 6 to 8 servings.
