Beef Stew

1 1/2 lb Stew beef
1 cn Tomatoes (28 oz can)
3 tb Instant tapioca
1 sl Bread; shredded into tiny pieces
Salt; to taste
Pepper; to taste
2 c Water
1/4 c Celery;chopped
1 c Onion; chopped
Carrots; as many as needed, chunked
Potatoes;as many as needed, chunked

Start it early in the day, and cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours.
