Cheddar Potatoes

1 cn Evaporated milk
2 cn Cheddar cheese soup
2 lb Frozen hash browns

Place the hash browns in slow cooker. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Mix together the evaporated milk and soup. Pour over hash browns. Cook on low for 6 hours.
