Hot Shrimp Dip
2 lb Cream cheese
8 oz Shrimp; 150 - 200 count, raw
1/2 c Yellow onion; finely chopped
1/2 c Tomato; finely chopped
1/4 c Jalapeno peppers; finely chopped
1 tb Garlic juice
Combine all ingredients and heat in a baine-marie (hot bath or double boiler) for 1 hour.
Best served with large dipping Fritos.
Keep hot, perhaps in a slow cooker.
