4 Skinless chicken breast halves; or mixed parts
8 oz Barbecue sauce; any flavor
1/2 c White vinegar
1/2 c Brown sugar
1 ts Mesquite seasoning
1/2 ts Garlic powder
1/2 ts Red pepper flakes
Spray slow cooker with Pam. Mix all sauce ingredients together.
Put chicken pieces in slow cooker and pour sauce over top.
Cook for (no more than) 4 hours on low.
