Beef in Beer
3 lb Stewing beef or ground round
1 pk Onion soup mix
1 pk Brown gravy mix
1 cn Mushrooms; drained
1/3 c Flour
12 oz Can of beer
Mix all ingredients except flour and meat in slow cooker.
Cut meat into 2" cubes. Put flour and meat into sack and mix well.
Put all meat and flour into slow cooker. Cover.
Cook on low heat for 8-10 hours.
Serve over rice.
