1 c Bulgar
2 c Milk ( skim; soy, rice..what ever)
1/3 c Maple syrup
1/3 c Water
2 Apples; chopped
1 t Cinnamon
1/3 c Crushed nuts ( pecans are especially good)

Put this in your slow cooker on low right before you go to bed and you have delicious hot grains in the morning.
