Barbecue Beef Sandwiches

2 - 3 pound roast


Barbecue Sauce:
1 1/2 cups ketchup
2 tbsp. dijon mustard
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup red wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon liquid smoke
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder


Mix all the ingredients in the slow cooker. Put a roast (2-3 pounds) in the slow cooker, and cook for 6-8 hours.

When ready to serve, shred the beef and stir to mix the beef and sauce. Serve on buns.
