Easy Crab/corn Chowder
2 cans creamed corn
2 cans Crab Meat
2 cans cream of potato soup (along with the 2 cans of milk required to make the soup)
1 small jar pimento
1 bay leaf
Thyme very small amount if desired
Sherry (very very small amount) if desired
Warm and serve. Be sure to keep stirring while warming, as cream corn has a tendency to stick to bottom of pans. Can be prepared in a slow cooker. Serves approximately 10. For approximately 15, increase can amounts to 3 instead of 2.
