Red Snapper Soup

1 1/2 lbs. red Snapper Fillets, cut in chunks
1 (28 oz.) can whole tomatoes, mashed
2 medium onions, chopped
1 (10 oz.) package frozen, cut okra, thawed
1/2 cup green onions
2 Tbsp. beef flavor base
1 cup water
1/4 cup dry sherry
Salt & pepper

Combine all of above in slow cooker. Stir. Cover and cook on high 3 to 5 hours.

Makes 6 servings
