3 lb Stew beef (the cheapest kind)
1 Rib celery; chopped
1 md Onion; chopped
1/2 Green pepper; chopped
1 1/2 c Ketchup
1 1/2 tb Commercial barbecue sauce
1 1/2 tb Vinegar
1 1/2 ts Tabasco sauce
1 1/2 ts Chili powder
1 1/2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Pepper

Combine all ingredients in the slow cooker. Simmer on low for 6-8 hours...longer, if desired. When meat is tender, shred it, using two forks. Return it to the pot for about 10 minutes. Serve on hamburger buns.
