Barbecue

1 1/2 lb boneless beef -- trimmed of fat
1 clove garlic -- peeled and minced
1/4 c wine vinegar
1 TB brown sugar
1 TB paprika
2 TB Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c ketchup
1 ts salt
1 ts dry mustard
1/4 ts black pepper

Cut the beef on a diagonal, across the grain into slices 1 inch wide. Place these in the slow cooker. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Pour over the meat, and mix. Cover and cook on Low for 6-8 hours.
