Cheese Souffle

8 sl Bread
8 oz Grated cheese
4 Eggs
1 c Milk
1 c Evaporated milk
1/4 ts Salt
1 tb Parsley
1 c Cooked meat (optional) ham

Lightly grease pot.

Layer bread, cheese and meat (if using).

Beat together eggs, milk, evaporated milk, salt and parsley.

Pour over bread and cheese in pot.

Sprinkle top with paprika.

Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours.
